Returns and Exchanges are allowed up to 14 days from the time of purchase. Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee will be accessed to all returns. A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time of receipt and inspection of the product(s). Any products deemed to be damaged, altered, or unsellable, will be returned to the customer. No refund will be issued in that case.

If the return / refund exhange is due to an error by Stylist Solutions (our Vendor / Supplier), Stylist Solutions wil provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the product(s). If a refund is requested, Stylist Solutions will process the request within 24 hours after receiving the product returned.
Stylist Solutions cannot accept returns and/or exchanges on any hair care products due to safety and tampering along as other legal relevancy.

Our products ship from our supplier / vendor Stylist Solutions located in Atlanta, GA. All products usually ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that the order will process on the next business day and that the shipping department is closed on the weekends. No orders are processed on the weekends. Depending on the shipping method you choose, it would determine how fast you receive the products. Example: Ground shipping is usually 5-7 business days. We are not affiliated with any Shipping companies like USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. We simply ship our products with them.
